Character : Austin is such a wonderful boy that anything we write here can not do justice to him and his nature. He ticks all the boxes for most adopters. Very clean, friendly, good with other dogs, excellent at waiting til he is outside before he does his business and will follow you everywhere because he loves you. He did spend a week on a trial period up in Dublin where he mastered the elevators and stairs, busy streets and socialising in parks and on beaches too. The reason he came back was because the person realised or felt that they couldn't currently give the home and attention to Austin due to his work commitments but he returned Austin with a glowing reference. We will cat test him over the next weeks. We have never seen any aggression out of him and he has fit in everywhere we put him. Currently he is free-range with 9 others in the house including a Jack Russell.
How Obtained : Surrendered to us by his owner because he turned to the other dogs in his trial race and this is an automatic disqualification so he never ended up competing.
