GREAT HOUNDS | Greyhounds for adoption

Dogs for Adoption – Greyhounds and Lurchers waiting for homes

Tess (greyhound)

second name:Whiteys Flicka
Height : circa 65cm
Children : Not Tested.
Small Dogs : Yes but as usual, careful introduction to new ones.
Cats : Not tested.
Injuries : None we have been made aware of or seen.
How Obtained : Still with the owner who asked us to find her a home
Character : Sister to Whiteys Getaway whom we previously rehomed, Tess is again like her siblings, a lovely natured girl and friendly and not a bit nervous. We have been told that she likes to be lazy and also can be a bit stubborn at times, especially about getting out of bed :) She was intent on looking into the doistance, perhaps at rabbits or suchlike. She has muzzle marks but these will clear once she is out of the kennel environment and muzzle free.
NB :: Being a greyhound/sighthound means potentially could go into hunting mode if sees small animals running. We are now putting this warning with all of our sighthounds and does not mean that this particular one is this way - just a warning to introduce carefully and be watchful.
